Ganhadores do Emmy 2021
A cerimônia desse ano organizada por Cedric the Entertainer e realizada com um público limitado no Microsoft Theatre de Los Angeles, em 19 de setembro, e não foi gentil com as séries favoritas como WandaVision, The Mandalorian e Lovecraft Country. Embora o campo de indicados deste ano tenha sido o mais diversificado de todos os anos, todos os principais prêmios de atuação acabaram indo para artistas brancos. RuPaul fez história no Emmy com o maior número de vitórias de uma pessoa de cor com o Drag Race de RuPaul, que conquistou seu quarto troféu consecutivo do Emmy para Programa de Competição Extraordinário. O Gambito da Rainha ganhou o prêmio da série limitada, Hamilton saiu vitorioso na categoria especial de variedade e Debbie Allen foi homenageada com o Prêmio Governadores.
